This machine is the most important single machine of the high strength low drafting production of terylene short fiber post combination machine , its main usage is, after drafting of the seven rollers drafting machine, the yarn sheet coming from the thermal steam box, with certain tension and temperature, will be drafted, preheated, dried out and form set, so as to obtain the yarn sheet with certain strength and extensibility.

This machine is the 18 rollers machine type consisting of three sets of combination single machines, the yarn is fed from the upper position and sent out from the upper position, it is heated by the heat guide oil.

III Machine structure

1 This machine is composed of drafting box parts, reducer parts and motor.

2. The drafting box is the cast iron structure with installation of drafting roller driving gear axis and bearing as well as bearing lubricating oil inside, the bearing on the roller is lubricated by the grease of the external forcible lubricating pump, the oil way is mounted by the oil way blockage electrical contact pressure gauge. The high temperature heat guide oil 180-220°C or high pressure steam 1.6Mpa is via the high temperature rotating joint and pass through the hollow axis to heat the roller in circulation. In addition, the lubricating gear oil is circulated outside the box body, it will be cooled by the independent cooling system, and then sent to the box for lubricating bearing and gear.

1 During drafting of the yarn sheet, the breaking status will incur very great instant tensile force, to prevent from loosing of the bottom anchor bolt, the drafting box bottom is mounted by a section steel welded bottom plate, that is fixed on the ground by anchor bolt.

IV. Machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, cure and safety measures:

1, Prior to installation of this machine, the cement foundation will be prefabricated, since the equipment is big with heavy weight, the foundation will be made strictly in accordance with the equipment foundation requirements. The reservation of 200×200×400 hole will be subject to the equipment foundation diagram, thus it can allow the pass of anchor bolt during machine installation. After the equipment is corrected , it will be fully filled by cement, and after the cement curing period is expired, the equipment will be second time lifted, and the base will be grouted with concrete as per the foundation specification.

2, The gear and bearing in the box must apply the high temperature lubricating oil CARTER SH320(TOTAL). The oil addition is subject to the immersion of lower gear (above 60mm) , and three sets of thermal setting machine oil addition (oil storage slot) is nearly 1750kg. After the first time machine oil operation of 300hours, the strainer will be washed for every 2000hours with oil replacement.

3, The circulating steam is heated in the heating roller, and it is the super-heated steam with pressure ≤2.2Mpa. Prior to operation, the lubrication cooling oil must be started up. The first steam transmission is manual operation without opening of membrane valve. It needs to open the bypass valve, and the steam trap will also be opened by bypass valve to flush the foreign substances in the pipe and protect the valve. It will be opened for several times more, and the temperature will not exceed 120°C, then the temperature will be formally raised with closing of all bypass valves, and it is better to apply the manual control, the temperature is gradually raised, when the roller surface is 150°C, the temperature balance will be maintained 30-60min, and then the roller surface process temperature is raised to 180°C, it is strictly prohibited to stop the rotation of the roller during temperature rise or temperature balance keeping period.

4, When the equipment operation is stopped, the heating will be stopped at first, the temperature is gradually dropped (the roller is rotated will the temperature is dropped), it is strictly prohibited to stop the rotation of the roller, unless the temperature is dropped to 60°C.

5, The machine is carried out 4m2 oil cooler, and the oil temperature will often be observed with regulation of water flow. It has oil strainer, prior to operation, it will be idle operated for at least 2hours to eliminate the oil foreign substances, and it will be cleaned up for every half hour. It is mounted by electric contact pressure gauge, if the oil way is blocked, the pressure will be exceeded and the motor operation is stopped for cleaning up the foreign substances in the oil way, and then it will be operated again.

6, The machine is carried with protection safety cover casing, it is slowly operated during stringing up, with door open. During normal operation, the door must be closed, once it is opened, the machine will be immediately dropped to the safe speed.
