a. This machine is used to knit the non-woven film or other outside cover and the wood wool together to make the pad. Or also can be used to knit the wool only .It is up to customer's requirement.
b. The knitting speed, thickness and length can be adjusted. The thickness is adjusted between 2-7Cm (other thickness can be produced according to customer's require) and the size between 0.8-2M.
c. The driving system is adopted the mini computer to control, automatic feeding material and thread. The knitting head is controlled by signal.
d. Stop automation if there is any problem, no need look after by person every time.
e. Cutting automatic when it worked ad the computer set with memory system and can check the daily output.
f. Non-contact low voltage(Direct current24V)to ensure the non-accident.
